We are looking for an outgoing and result oriented Global Sales Manager to manage some of our biggest accounts which are the manufacturers and regional distributors of pickup trucks (OE customers). These are highly global organizations implying that while the entry points often are in Europe the touch points and the scope of the relationships are global and as a manager of these accounts you will be dealing with stakeholders from all over the world. Also, the role will be involved with the tendering process for new OE accounts in various parts of the world with the opportunity to subsequently assume the account ownership for these. Further, there are opportunities to tap into a broad range of assignments within aftermarket sales, business development, and product management.

Key responsibilities
Joining a small HQ team and a passionate global commercial community with colleagues from across our sites, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in setting and executing the global sales strategies for our biggest accounts and to pursue and secure new opportunities from existing as well as new customers. You will build and manage a growth opportunity pipeline, build winning proposals, and be a strong closer when you need to get something across the finish line. Key to succeed in this role is the ability to focus yourself and your stakeholders around the right growth opportunities and value-adding activities and to find ways of getting to the objective in spite of obstacles and bumps in the road.

  • Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience: Industry experience from the world of automotive is an advantage but not a prerequisite. Candidates with less experience but the right educational background, personality, and attitude will also be considered
  • Education: Minimum a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or another relevant field. An engineering background will be looked upon favorably

As a person you are high on energy, curious, and confident with a ‘learn-it-all’ attitude instead of ‘know-it-all’. You have proficiency in both oral and written English. You must hold a valid Danish residence and work permit.
